Fees and commissions
Everything LB Store and our payments partner take from a booking before you're paid — nothing else is deducted.
LB Store commission
| What you offer | Commission |
|---|---|
| Stays | 20% |
| Cars | 15% |
| Experiences — booked direct | 20% |
| Experiences — via a platform | 10% |
| Long-term rentals | 10% |
| Events | 10% |
A percentage of what the guest pays for the booking (for stays: nightly price + cleaning fee). One account can offer several of these — each is charged its own rate. Property managers and some partners have a rate agreed individually with LB Store; it's shown on their listings and statements. The rate on each booking is fixed when it's made and shown on your statement.
Everything else that's deducted

Work it out
Payout charges are shown as if this booking were paid out on its own; in practice they're charged once per weekly payout.
Taxes
Commission and charges are LB Store's and our payments partner's fees — they're not taxes. Tax on what you earn is yours to declare. In Lebanon, rental income is generally subject to built property tax (a progressive 4%–14% on net rent, declared to the Ministry of Finance), or to income tax if renting is your main business. If you're a US citizen or green-card holder, or tax-resident in another country, that country may tax this income too.
Our payments partner, Carto AI Inc, asks every host for their tax information when they set up payouts, and issues your yearly earnings statement and any tax form you need (for example a US Form 1099-K for US persons above the IRS threshold). Give these to your accountant.
This is general information, not tax advice. Ask a tax adviser about your situation.
