From LB Store. Every product page shows the Lebanese brand or store that makes and supplies it, but your purchase, your payment and your receipt are with LB Store (Carto AI Inc) â so refunds and any payment problem are handled by us, not chased across ten shops. We pay the brand its share after the sale. The same goes for stays: you book and pay LB Store, and the host provides the stay. Full details in the Terms of Service.
By card, Apple Pay or Google Pay in the app. Payments are processed by Stripe; your card number never touches our servers, and the charge shows as LB STORE on your statement. Some stores also take cash when you pick up, and long-term rent is paid in cash at the LB office.
Some listings confirm instantly; others ask the host to accept first, and you're only charged when they do. Every listing shows its cancellation policy â Flexible, Moderate, Strict or Non-refundable â before you book, and refunds under it go back to your card. If a host cancels, you get a full refund and we help you rebook.
Open the order in your profile and tap Return. Each brand sets its policy (window, condition), and custom embroidered pieces are final sale because they're made for you. Once the item is received and inspected, the refund goes back to the card you paid with â usually within 5â10 business days depending on your bank.
Yes â choose international shipping at checkout. Orders go by courier to the Gulf, Europe, the Americas and beyond, and you can track them in the app.
