Why owners can't do this alone

The platforms don't pay Lebanon. We do.

Booking.com and Google are closed to you

Booking.com pays a Lebanese property only to a Lebanese bank account; Google only lists properties through approved software partners. An owner alone gets Airbnb and nothing else. Through LB, the money is collected by our US company and reaches you in Lebanon.

Who is the host on Airbnb and Booking.com?

LB Connect (Carto AI Inc, our US company) is the host of record on every channel, under a management agreement you sign in the app. That is what lets us collect in dollars abroad and pay you in Lebanon. You remain the owner, you can block dates, and you can end the agreement with notice.

How does the money actually reach me?

Guests pay the platform or the LB app by card. The money arrives in our US account, your share is recorded on your statement, and every week we transfer it to your Purpl wallet in dollars. You can spend from the wallet, use the Purpl card, or cash out at a Purpl point.

I already have an Airbnb listing with good reviews.

Keep it. We can run operations for it as a co-host while you stay the host and keep your reviews and your Airbnb payouts; we add Booking.com, Expedia, Google and the LB app around it. Tell us when you sign up.

What does it cost?

Nothing to list and nothing per month. We take a share of each booking, agreed with you up front and shown on every line of your statement. Cleaning and repairs you ask us to handle are charged at cost.

What about taxes?

You sign one short US form (W-8BEN) in the app so no US tax is withheld from your payouts — it takes two minutes and we keep it on file. Lebanese tax on your rental income is yours to declare; your statement gives you the numbers.

Where do you operate?

Batroun, the North coast and the mountains first, with local teams for cleaning and maintenance; Beirut, the South and the Bekaa as we add teams. If you're elsewhere, tell us — we list first and build the team around demand.
